Belilty’s band “Sound of the Ground” performs Moroccan folk melodies , supported with African and Middle Eastern rhythms, bass ostinato and modality. This  provides a lot of freedom for the improvisor in terms of developing creativity and abstract imagination, based on be-bop foundation.
